Holding space for you to explore how you can use meditation as a tool in your everyday life.

Drawing from my life experience and my on-going studies I can use my knowledge in mindfulness meditation, teaching meditation, life coaching, NLP, running workshops, professional dancing, embodiment practices and Tantra. With these I can support what best works for you.

I have worked with people of all ages and abilities including dementia, various mental health needs and learning and physical disabilities.
